Our ad hoc on-site support includes accompanying you at internal meetings such as interviews or disciplinary hearings, or acting as an independent adjudicator in grievance procedures. If you are not a premium member, you can still make use of our Employment Tribunal service, where we will assist you in formal proceedings, both in the run up to the Tribunal and on the day itself.
All our HR advisors hold recognised qualifications in their areas of expertise, and most are members or fellows of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. (Many of them teach on our CIPD certificate level training programme). We ensure that they are kept abreast of the very latest developments in law and practice through regular refresher training.
