Rates
Rates are based on the value of your organisation's annual wage roll, with allowances made for non-profit and educational establishments. We will be happy to provide you with a no-obligation quotation in complete confidence - just call us on 0871 777 8881 and we will be pleased to help.
It's the details that make the difference
What makes the Workplace Law health and safety annual support contract special is the level of personal service and attention to detail we provide. If you work in a manufacturing environment, your needs will be different from those in the educational sector; if you are a large employer your systems will need to be more sophisticated than for smaller employers. We recognise that every individual, and every premium corporate member is different, and we don't try to impose a standard solution on you.
You will have a dedicated account manager at Workplace Law to help you with any questions about our service, and wherever possible you will always deal with the same health and safety advisor when you need assistance. This allows us to provide a more personalised service, which means we know the back-history, work equipment and personalities involved - very important when giving health and safety advice.
Many of our competitors claim to provide a dedicated support service. In fact what you frequently get is a combination of arms-length telephone advice - given by someone you have never met and who may not even know you or your organisation - and standard-issue documentation. At best, you end up with a model health and safety policy with detailed arrangements: it looks good and is updated every year, but it is so standardised that large parts of it are unlikely to apply to your organisation. (This is a frequent complaint among companies that switch to Workplace Law from our competitors). At worst, you are left with a stack of risk assessment workbooks which you are expected to complete yourself without necessarily having the knowledge or experience to do so!
Workplace Law's rates are comparable with those of our major competitors, but our extra attention to detail provides a significantly increased value-added service to our members. Take a look at our member testimonials or at the case studies below to see why we believe our personal service is different from, and better than, our competitors.
