The year has drawn to an end. Whatever the year meant for you, on a professional or personal level, the approach to Christmas and the New Year is the time to reflect on events gone by and look ahead to the challenges of the 12 months ahead.

As with every year, there are some big-hitting changes for employers on the horizon, and the possibility of more to come with the general election due to take place.
