Disability access: is it becoming clear yet?

The very first issue of Workplace Law Magazine landed on desks across the UK just as Part III of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) came into force, and as such the issue was dedicated to the topic. One year later, this special birthday issue revisits the subject to establish how far we have come since that date. Are things any clearer? Have employers and service providers adapted to their duties under the Act? Or are we all just as confused as we were in the first place?
