Salik Miah, an Education Worker who has claimed he was unfairly dismissed by the London Borough of Camden Council, will bring a claim against the Council for race discrimination and victimisation.
Miah was employed by the London Borough of Camden Council as an Education Worker within their education department from 2001. His role was to ensure that young people known to a youth offending team were either in full time education/training or employment. He was made redundant on 31 October 2006.... (248 more words)
